These may not be a new product, but they are new to me. The Prince loves them. They are mashed potatoes mixed with mashed veggies (peas, carrots, and cauliflower), made into alpha-fries. Just one more attempt to get at least a minuscule amount of veggies into the boy.
Rice Chex is going Gluten-Free!
But the big news, in case you have not already heard, is that Rice Chex is going gluten-free! I think it is really exciting that a giant mega-company like General Mills is doing this. You can read all about it on their website here. They have replaced barley malt with molasses and taken in-factory steps to prevent cross-contamination. If you are planning to purchase, make sure the box says "gluten-free" on the front. Stores probably still have older stock made with the barley malt.
